Service rates
- Service will be chargeable by the hour or part thereof at AUD $195.00 + GST.
- Offsite inductions, online or otherwise, will be charged at $195.00 per hour or part thereof + GST.
- On-site inductions, or inductions on arrival, will be part of the day rate quoted or included in the total service charges by the hour.
- GST/VAT will be charged where applicable at the prevailing rate in the country of the service. GST in Australia will be chargeable at 10%.
- In the event service work covers more than a single day, we will charge our day rate of AUD $1,250.00 + GST.
Travel charges
- Time taken to travel to a service will, at the discretion of Walker Scientific and if not otherwise quoted, be chargeable at the hourly rates above.
- Airfares, visas, accommodation and other incurred costs for travel to provide service and repair will be chargeable at the actual cost incurred.
- Any warranty work required will not incur costs for parts and labour as expressed in our quotations, where equipment requiring the service is returned to our workshop in Perth, Western Australia.
- Travel costs incurred to visit an installation requiring warranty repair will be provided by the purchaser, or reclaimed by Walker Scientific by invoice at the completion of the job.
